New for 2010:  This year, Heloise will introduce her new dolls as she creates them. This is the very first doll "Ludvine" and she is just beautiful. She is limited to just 10 worldwide and this particular version will be done only twice. Others may be one of a kind or small editions within the 10 pieces of the sculpt total. We were honored to have Heloise in personal attendance at last year's 2009 doll show all the way from France for her 2nd personal visit to the Dollery!  We are very pleased to have in stock as well a beautiful one of a kind costumed version of Heloise's "Hermine" dressed in black and silver that was created in 2009. We are really thrilled to see Heloise doing such small editions and in addition doing very small one of a kind or small editions of two or three in her costuming. It is a great opportunity to get her work.

About Heloise: Heloise's dolls are on display in many Swiss and French museums. Her first original doll was sculpted in 1976 in fabric. In 1982 she discovered resin and has worked with it ever since as she feels it best captures the translucent complexion of a child. Heloise has created one-of-a-kind dolls since 1993, however, most of her dolls are limited editions from eight pieces to one hundred (most under 35).  The chairs are sold separately as well as the stools. The prices are listed below. For those of you who are new to Heloise dolls - her editions are of the sculpt. For example - Heloise will do only 35 for example of the face (sculpt) in a number of different outfits and hair and eye color as indicated by the dolls number. Therefore, there are only 35 of the sculpt for example of Jade even though she is done as Jade#1 and Jade#2. Heloise will decide how many of each based on the orders she has. These dolls are superb and always are in high demand. They always sell out quickly. Some of Heloise dolls are full body resins full sculpted (therefore more expensive then her resin dolls with cloth bodies). All have Painted eyes - beautifully painted with a glass glaze applied which makes the dolls look real. The dolls have human or mohair wigs. Many of the dolls are Free Standing as well.  Most of Heloise's prior prior editions are completely sold out. Heloise attended our show in October 2004 in person and it was so exciting! She also personally attended our 2009 show last year from France! She has been participating in our annual shows each year and we have been honored to have many beautiful one of a kind costumed pieces. Many of you were here to meet her. For quite a few year's Heloise introduced a new version of her exclusive Louise for our shows. The edition is only 12 world wide. Feel free to inquire about her! There are still a couple left.
